  • Expediting Environmental Review Executive Order for the construction of infrastructure projects to accelerate approvals for electrical grid, upgrades to ports, pipelines, highways, thus creating jobs.

  • Save our Seas Act to fund $10 million per year to clean plastic and garbage from the ocean.
